Asian Young Aerosol Scientist Award (AYASA)
板橋秀一会員(九州大学)がマレーシアで開催されたAsian Aerosol Conference 2024にてAsian Young Aerosol Scientist Award (AYASA)を受賞しました。AYASAはアジア・オセアニア地域で活躍する卓越した若手エアロゾル研究者に対しアジアエアロゾル研究連合(Asian Aerosol Research Assembly)がTSI社とともに授与する賞で、この受賞は板橋会員のAtmospheric Pollution Transport and Deposition in Asiaに関する研究への貢献を称えるものです。本学会からの受賞は7人目です。Dr. Shuichi Itabashi (Kyushu University) Receives the Asian Young Aerosol Scientist Award (AYASA) Dr. Shuichi Itabashi, a member from Kyushu University, was awarded the Asian Young Aerosol Scientist Award (AYASA) at the Asian Aerosol Conference 2024 held in Malaysia. The AYASA is presented by the Asian Aerosol Research Assembly in collaboration with TSI Inc. to outstanding young aerosol researchers active in the Asia-Oceania region. This award recognizes Dr. Itabashi’s significant contributions to research on “Atmospheric Pollution Transport and Deposition in Asia.” He is the seventh recipient of this award from JAAST.


Kanomax Award
The First Kanomax Award. 榎原研正会員(産総研)がマレーシアで開催されたAsian Aerosol Conference 2024にてKanomax賞を受賞しました。Kanomax 賞は機器や実験手法の考案によってエアロゾル科学・技術の発展に大きく貢献したアジア・オセアニア地域の研究者に対しアジアエアロゾル研究連合(Asian Aerosol Research Assembly)がKANOMAXグループとともに授与する賞で、2024年に設立されました。この受賞は榎原会員のエアロゾル粒子質量分析器(APM)と標準粒子の開発を称えるものです。Dr. Kensei Ehara (AIST) Receives the Kanomax Award: Dr. Kensei Ehara from AIST also received the Kanomax Award at the Asian Aerosol Conference 2024. Established in 2024 by the Asian Aerosol Research Assembly together with the KANOMAX Group, the Kanomax Award honors researchers in the Asia-Oceania region who have made significant contributions to aerosol science and technology through the invention of instruments or experimental methods. Dr. Ehara’s award recognizes his development of the Aerosol Particle Mass analyzer (APM) and standard particles.
